WEBMar 29, 2020 · I purchased a Asus GT-AX11000 Pro and the ZenWiFi XT9 mesh. The Mesh is not connecting all my devices, I have 26 wifi devices, 8 are Nest Cameras. I need large coverage as my home is a ranch, about 4000 sq ft. I run direct line from my router, under my house to my first mesh, that sends signal to my 2nd mesh in the master BR.

Be sure to check the advanced settings for the 2.5Gb adapter and ensure Link speed settings are set for Auto or try 2500Mbs if seen in the configuration.

WEBMar 7, 2021 · After setting up / configuring the GT-AX11000 earlier this morning, I'm now not getting an internet connection to any wired device (s) plugged into the 2.5G Gaming Port. Needless to say, I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I contacted ASUS Tech Support and they are escalating the issue to another Tier of Tech Support.

However, if you're doing a speedtest on a PC connected to the router using one of the 1 Gig ports you'll notice a speed difference as it's capped. If you have a WiFi 6 device run a test using that and you should in theory get full speed.
