Camp Chef Woodwind Pro will provide a rich smoke flavor that no other pellet grill can. There are pellet grills at twice its price that are priced that way because they are built like a tank not because it’s a better smoker.

WEBSep 10, 2021 · Grilla has very good grills in the mid-range price point. Cuisinart has some very innovative offerings in the budget pellet grill realm. Camp Chef is probably the best budget grill line, but with their woodwind line and/or add ons you end up in the price range of a bare bones RecTeq bull.

WEBAug 10, 2021 · Pellet Smoker. Propane grill. Pref. half the unit and not a sidebox. Gen 2 PID (+/- 5 degrees) control over smoker. Easy Ash cleaning, ideally with no shopvac needed. Long lasting - will be kept outside 24/7 although with form fitting cover. Wifi/Bluetooth control is not important, but I do like the temp notifications.

WEBMar 6, 2023 · Some offer better build quality than the entry level - some don't. Most are still made over seas. Weber's SmokeFire is largely made/assembled in the US. $2000-$3000 - high-end (Yoder, Lone Star, Pitts and Spitts, Mak, etc) - by high-end, I mean much better build quality; these grills are hand made in the USA.

WEBFeb 10, 2022 · The RecTeq RT-1250 seems to use better materials and comes with a longer warranty and better support. They are sold direct so you're getting factory direct pricing. You lose direct grilling here, if that's a selling point for you. I chose the RT700 and I'm cooking the best food of my life.

Things like ash disposal, temp range, PID vs non-PID, grilling capabilities... that's the stuff I'd concentrate on, not if a double wall saves me 5% pellet usage. Memphis.
