WEBJul 9, 2020 · The 550 is the newest and has a couple upgrades from there 450 or 350. The 550 seems built better more solid headset. The 550 has a couple voice commands you can activate by saying Hello Blue Parrott, just some very basic stuff and it will answer the phone or redial last number or check battery level.
