WEBOct 23, 2020 · LG has figured out there is a thirst for smaller panels approaching traditional monitor sizes. A 32" 4K 144hz+ G-Sync OLED panel from LG is what most PC gamers are waiting for. I believe LG will release a 43" version of their praised OLED panels but even then that's on the large side.

There are those who have been using their OLED's for anywhere from 8-12 hours per day for YEARS without any sign of burn in still. Really at this point I think burn in is 99.9% avoidable as long as you know what you are doing, at least in the short term.

WEBApr 26, 2013 · The YCbCr444 only gives me the option of limited. There is also YCbCr422 but I can already tell that this option makes it look washed out. There's basically no difference between RGB 4:4:4 and YCbCr 4:4:4 IF the latter option supports full range. When it doesn't, you're limited to a color ramp of 16-235 vs 0-255.

WEBJun 17, 2021 · The G9 is an edge-lit display with very few dimming zones. That cannot compared to an OLED. Even G-Sync Ultimate monitors like the ASUS PG35VQ, which has hundreds of dimming zones, cannot compare to OLED when displaying darker scenes. They do look better in bright scenes, though.

WEBApr 18, 2023 · I have used the monitor mostly for work, so lots of spreadsheets and emails and white windows on screen. No issues beyond a weird banding issue one day where vertical lines spread across the screen. A few pixel refreshes cleaned it up, but it scared me. Seems yo be normal for OLED tech, even on LG C2 doing research.
