And yes, 4K is too low a resolution for a 27" IMO, especially considering that everything will be extremely large at the default 1920x1080 HiDPI mode. So, I'd go for a 24" or, if you can still get one, the original 21.5" LG UltraFine 4K which has 218 ppi. xodh.
