We kayaked over to Water Cay and Little Water Cay. We walked all over the little islands. Half Moon Bay is absolutely stunning!!! I could have floated in that water all day! Definitely worth seeing…Full review by SCMDJKWhite

There is no good system of public transportation that will help you here but there is a widespread availability of taxi's. I don't know where you are staying exactly but expect to pay 20 to 40 dollars a person. If you are staying at a hotel the front desk can call one for you and be sure to confirm the price ahead of time with the driver. Most drivers will come back for you at a prearranged time but do not pre pay for the return trip. If you are not staying at a hotel you can choose a taxi from reviews on trip advisor. I have had good luck with Green's. Do not use unbranded transportation on this island.
