Hi, You can Google some pictures of the beach cliff, but basically there is an unpaved steep sandy trail, no railings, so it's not elderly or stroller friendly. But since it's only probably a hundred feet or so, most people would be able to make it even with some effort. I don't see how the beach can be closed because there is no gate or anything blocking access, but they do close the parking lot around sunset (6 pm in winter, 8 pm in summer or so) and since you can't park outside of that lot, you pretty much have to leave. Is there any portion of the beach that is accessible, or even approachable after hours?? I need to propose, and being on the sand isn't necessarily important as just being close to the beach.
