Texas authorities issued an AMBER Alert for a 12-year-old girl last spotted at a hotel in Houston with an older man. Houston police say Chloie Brewer-Clark was seen around 3 a.m. Tuesday at the Crystal Inn & Suites near the Eastex Freeway/59 and Little York Road.
