South Korean singer Koo Jun-yup has paid tribute to his late wife Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu who died earlier this week, saying his "angel went back to heaven". In a post on Instagram, Koo added that he was going through "indescribable grief" and a time of "gut-wrenching pain".

Barbie Hsu’s husband, DJ Koo, has broken his silence as he grieves his wife's untimely death. The South Korean rapper and former member of dance duo Clon posted a statement on Instagram in both Chinese and Korean. “My angel went back to heaven on February 2, 2025,” DJ Koo, whose real name is Koo Jun Yup said, according to a translation.

On February 5, Hsu's husband, Koo Jun Yup also known as DJ Koo, broke his silence about his wife's passing. In an Instagram post, the South Korean singer shared a black photo with a heartfelt message* to Hsu's supporters.
