The new agreement was ratified only under duress, after the company shut off workers’ health insurance last Tuesday.

Workers voted Friday to approve the four-year deal, which includes 6%, 5%, 5%, and 5% wage increases each year, a $5,500 bonus, and expanded vacation time for long-term employees.
