BRUSSELS, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Alphabet (GOOGL.O) unit Google filed a complaint to the European Commission on Wednesday against what it said were Microsoft's (MSFT.O) anti-competitive practices to lock customers into Microsoft's cloud platform Azure.
