Ramirez hit .636 (7-for-11) against the Marlins, but the batting average isn’t the reason why this series was so impressive from Cleveland’s superstar. J-Ram managed to etch his name in Cleveland's record books once again.

Marsee went 4 of 5 with a double and each of his RBI came with two outs. The rookie hit a three-run shot in the first inning and a two-run homer off Guardians reliever Kolby Allard (2-2) that made it 6-4 in the fifth. Eury Pérez (5-3) allowed four runs on three hits with no walks and eight strikeouts in five innings.

Tanner Bibee had a solid start. Yes, he gave up four runs, but no home runs and the Marlins had only a .127 expected batting average for the game. His curveball was especially excellent. Here are some highlights (if MLB Film Room works here, as I’ve been told it does):
