The Jacksonville Jaguars introduced their new general manager James Gladstone on Monday. Gladstone comes to the Jaguars after working for the Los Angeles Rams. Gladstone says his management style is defined by "pure collaboration.

The Jaguars finally added a new general manager to go along with their new head coach and both have close ties to the Rams organization.
