Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, was pictured meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin alongside Special Envoy Steve Witkoff on Tuesday.

Witkoff, U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy, and Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, enjoyed a stroll through Moscow and lunch at an upscale restaurant Tuesday while the Russian president made them wait several hours for a meeting at the Kremlin about ending the war in Ukraine.

The US-Ukraine talks come two days after Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner met for five-hours with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, and left without a deal. Still, the president remained optimistic a resolution could come “eventually.”
