The Oakland Coliseum will play host to a final three-game series between the A's and Rangers before the A's temporarily move to Sacramento.

Nearly five years after the Raiders played their final game at Oakland Coliseum, the A’s have now done the same. With the A’s planning to also pull up stakes and head for Vegas, they wrapped up their time in Oakland Coliseum Thursday with a win over the Texas Rangers.

The Oakland Athletics played their final home game at the Oakland Coliseum managed a 3-2 victory over the Texas Rangers. The game was played before a packed house of A’s fans, many of whom had signs and placards urging owner John Fisher to sell the team.
