The singer was caught speeding, and when she was pulled over, the police officer noted her dilated pupils and watery eyes ... and the fact that she smelled of booze. Her breathalyzer test registered nearly .16 (the legal limit was .08 at the time).

The Daily Progress was the first to report that Judd’s daughter was arrested after allegedly stealing Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene church’s van. The church later confirmed the news on a GoFundMe page.

And back in October, near Charlottesville Virginia, Kelley has been arrested for stealing a church van. According to Daily Progress, Pastor Kent Hart saw the van leaving their driveway and chased after her. He caught up with her down the road, but the she took off again.

Earlier this year, Grace Kelley faced legal issues in Alabama where she was arrested for indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations
