Another announced Luca Guadagnino film appears to be suffering from behind-the-scenes shakeups. According to multiple reports, Daniel Craig has dropped out of playing the title role in Guadagnino’s DC Comics adaptation “Sgt. Rock,” which was rumored to be one of the Italian auteur’s next projects.

DC fans are feeling optimistic about the choice, with one taking to Reddit to write, "I like Daniel Craig but this would be an upgrade as Jeremy is younger and closer in age to the character."
