Pfizer and Moderna's legal battle over their rival COVID-19 vaccines will continue after London's High Court on Wednesday gave Pfizer permission to take the case to the Court of Appeal. Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech sued Moderna in London in September 2022,

The company reported Health Canada authorized the use of its Spikevax KP.2 shot for those aged six months and older. Last month, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration also gave approval for the vaccine, as well as updated shots from Pfizer ( PFE) and BioNTech ( BNTX ).

While Australia's therapeutic goods regulator is evaluating two new vaccines targeting the JN.1 strain of COVID-19, the government seemingly only intends to make one available to the public.
