Nintendo has published a blog that offers additional information of the Switch 2's specs, including battery size, connectivity, and more.

As revealed in an official Nintendo Switch 2 spec sheet, the Switch 2’s internal lithium-ion battery will offer players approximately 2 to 6.5 hours per full charge. Nintendo notes this is an estimate and “battery life will depend on the games you play and usage conditions.”

The Nintendo Switch 2 battery capacity is likely to be a major talking point as the console starts making its way into players' hands, but Nintendo itself wants you to know that you shouldn't really compare it to the original Switch.
