After weeks of speculation and rumors, Pokemon TCG Pocket confirms the addition of Mega Evolutions and reveals the first batch of Mega EX cards.

This year's Pokemon World Championships was packed full of announcements, including a reveal of a few new cards coming to the physical Trading Card Game. The Pokemon Company released a CG trailer showing off a bunch of Pokemon fighting each other before revealing a new Mega Evolved Pokemon card, Mega Charizard X EX, alongside a new card rarity.

Mega Evolution is making its way to Pokemon TCG Pocket later this year, and while the cards are powerful, they come with some serious trade-offs.
