The game between the Portland State Vikings and the South Dakota Coyotes has been canceled due to illness within the Portland State locker room. The Vikings announced the decision on Saturday morning, just hours before kickoff.

The Portland State football team is expected to play on Saturday night at Boise State, despite a recent outbreak of pertussis (more commonly known as whooping cough) that canceled the Vikings’ most recent game against South Dakota.
