Aster DM Healthcare, an integrated healthcare provider in India, has finalised an agreement to acquire the remaining stake in Aster Aadhar Hospital, also known as Prerana Hospital, in Kolhapur, in the state of Maharashtra.

The consideration for the acquisition will be determined based on an independent valuation report in accordance with applicable laws, the company said in a regulatory filing.
