As Smile 2 continues scaring up bigger audiences than its popular predecessor at the global and domestic box offices, director Parker Finn is providing some insight into the decisions that went into the making of his horror sequel.

Washington [US], October 21 (ANI): 'Smile 2' director Parker Finn talked about the horror sequel and casting of the film, reported Deadline. He said, he cast actor Ray Nicholson in the Naomi Scott starrer as an homage to his "favourite film of all time", Stanley Kubrick's, The Shining.

"My dad and I don't talk that much about acting," said the actor, 32, who added, "It's important for me to find my way"
