Four people have been arrested in a kidnapping that resulted in an AMBER Alert being issued on Friday, according to Salt Lake City Police.

SALT LAKE CITY — The child and suspect at the center of a Friday night AMBER Alert have both been found. Police say the 1-year-old was “ unlawfully taken by her mother, Holly Angelina Smith, in violation of a court order to surrender custody.” Smith allegedly fled after being ordered by a court to hand her daughter over to state custody.

Golf cart fees would also increase by $1 at Forest Dale and Nibley Park golf courses, as well as an extra $1 per nine holes at Rose Park Golf Course. Golf club rental fees for an 18-hole round would increase from $40 to $45 at Mountain Dell Golf Course, as well.
