SIGMA Corporation of America, the US subsidiary of SIGMA Corporation (CEO: Kazuto Yamaki. Headquarters: Asao-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa, Japan) is pleased to announce the Sigma BF, a 24-megapixel full-frame L-Mount camera.

The Sigma BF features simplified controls on the back, a redesigned user interface, and 230GB of built-in storage.

He says they've been working hard to provide "the best of the best." But, since he took over the company on 2012, the image quality of smartphones has increased and "the importance of the dedicated camera is gradually being questioned.
