"The Bear" crushed a lot of the competition on Sunday night, even if it failed to take home best comedy series for a second year in a row, losing to "Hacks." Even so, the FX on Hulu series is still Emmy royalty.

Jeremy Allen White has won the 2024 Emmy for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Season 2 of “ The Bear ,” marking back to back wins in the category for the 33-year-old actor.

With last night’s Emmy Awards, the 2023-2024 TV season has officially come to a close, and by the end of the night, FX came out on top with 36 total wins. The network was second to Netflix in total nominations, but the FX series “Shōgun” and “The Bear” were the two most nominated series of the night.

The second Emmys of 2024 have come and gone, with streamers once again winning big for some of our favorite television shows. Disney had a fantastic night, winning 60 awards across all its platforms, including Hulu and Disney+. Hulu's limited series Shogun led it to victory with 18 wins — 14 at the Creative Arts Emmys and four on Sunday.
