CM Punk has been making up for lost time since returning to the pro wrestling world in August 2021, and after Friday's "WWE SmackDown" the legend has found his way into Roman Reigns' Bloodline drama as the fifth man in the impending "Bloodline Civil War Games" at Survivor Series — a fitting addition as we approach the one-year anniversary of the night he returned to WWE.

Paul Heyman and CM Punk both returned on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. Heading into Friday night, Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline had come up empty in their search for a fifth man for their WarGames match against The Bloodline.

This week on WWE Smackdown, Paul Heyman returned after being away from the company due to an attack at the hands of Solo Sikoa and the New Bloodline. He introduced The OG Bloodline's Survivor Series War Games 5th member,

WWE's Friday Night SmackDown on Nov. 22, 2024, took place at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and featured a big reveal for the Bloodline vs. Bloodline match at Survivor Series War Games.

WWE’s two battling Bloodlines came face to face to close out SmackDown, with an ultimatum from Solo Sikoa drawing out Roman Reigns and the original crew. The problem was that with the addition of Bronson Reed to Sikoa’s group,
