The U.S. just celebrated its 250th birthday, and the Americans living off the planet had a great view of some of the parties down below.

Los Angeles fireworks spotted from space on 4th of July, video shows

The fireworks set off across Los Angeles were so bright, astronauts spotted them from space. The International Space Station, which was orbiting over the city at time, captured footage of the Fourth of July celebrations.
