NORFOLK, Neb. (KOLN) - The Norfolk City Council approved more than $800,000 in settlement agreements with three high-ranking officers during its meeting on Monday.
At Wednesday’s meeting, the city council interviewed the top three candidates, who were chosen by the mayor, to fill the opening. Those top contenders were Lange, Soshia Bohn and Dr. Mark Davis.
