A large batch of heavy rain is prompting flash flood warnings in Texas this morning, but the threat has mostly shifted out of hard-hit areas.

Many roads and neighborhoods in the community of Ozona, Texas, were swamped by dangerous flooding as the rest of the Hill Country region remains under a flash flood emergency as of July 17.

Gov. Greg Abbott said this year's flooding has already set several new records.
