As much of the United States still freezes, parts of the South are set to see snow and powerful winds with potential blizzard conditions in coastal areas.

Forecasters are monitoring a potential snowstorm that could impact Southern New England on Sunday.

If you haven't already started seeing snow, it won't be long now.

Up to 8 inches of snow could fall in North Carolina, with its coast and Virginia's experiencing blizzard conditions, forecasters said.

Snowfall has begun to move into north Georgia and will continue to spread south into metro Atlanta through the day.
