The '90s rock band Tonic will replace Los Lobos as River Roots Live headliners on Aug. 18 at the downtown Davenport music festival.
The band Tonic, whose “If You Could Only See” was the most-played rock song of 1998, will be a headliner at this year’s River Roots Live at Davenport’s LeClaire Park, organizers announced Thursday.
