Early Wednesday morning in Europe, Toyota unveiled four new or significantly updated electric vehicles — and Lexus managed to sneak one in, too. Even more enticing than the new product, though, was the teaser that came along with it: a shadowy image that previewed an upcoming electric pickup truck and electric Land Cruiser-esque EV while suggesting both would be revealed by the end of 2026.

Power ranges from 175bhp in the front drive car with the smaller juice box to as much as 338bhp in the all-wheel-drive range-topper, making it Toyota’s most powerful non-GR product. It’ll also shunt its way to 62 in around 5.

Toyota will expand its electric vehicle range with its new C-HR+ SUV before the end of 2025. Building on the coupe-SUV styling of the conventional C-HR, the C-HR+ introduces a dedicated battery-electric powertrain, offering a choice of two battery capacities and front- or all-wheel drive configurations.
