Gov. Greg Abbott said there are at least 68 people dead in Kerr County, including 40 adults and 28 kids, after flooding hit central Texas. Ten children from Camp Mystic and one counselor are still unaccounted for.

At least 59 people are dead in Kerr County and 10 others were killed in other counties across the state from flooding since Friday.
