A man has died at Manchester Airport after he was seen "displaying unusual behaviour" before being arrested, the police watchdog has said. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said it was investigating the circumstances after the 27-year-old was pronounced dead at 13:53 GMT.
