Revenge of the Sith was undeniably strong with the Force at the worldwide box office, with an impressive global haul that cemented how much fans have grown to love George Lucas' prequel trilogy.

Going into Revenge of the Sith, George Lucas had his work cut out for him. The film needed to show Anakin Skywalker’s fall from grace, and his full transformation into Darth Vader.
