The Wolverines may be big underdogs as they head to Columbus, but there's no shortage of belief inside Schembechler Hall this

Wolverine head coach Sherrone Moore met with the media on Monday as he always does during the season to preview the matchup with the Buckeyes and of course we are interested in what he said (we think you will be too).

After accepting the Los Angeles Chargers’ head coaching job in January, Jim Harbaugh publicly endorsed Sherrone Moore to succeed him at Michigan. Moore, after all, had a distinct advantage on his résumé over other potential candidates: 1-0 against Ohio State as an acting head coach.

A lack of pressure shouldn’t be confused with a lack of desire. Michigan wants to win, as the Wolverines will say over and over this week.

While Ohio State enters The Game ranked No. 2 for the umpteenth time, for the first time since 2017, the Wolverines will come into the game unranked and they’re significant underdogs. But Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore doesn’t want to hear about any of that.

As Moore prepares himself, his staff and his players to march into Ohio Stadium as 21-point underdogs, he’s starting with a clean slate.
