Supporters of open primary elections in Oklahoma submit signatures for ballot measure

The “Vote Yes 836” campaign delivered more than 200,000 signatures to the Oklahoma Secretary of State’s office on Monday, with the effort requiring nearly 173,000 valid signatures to move forward.
