Proposed legislation responds to Trump administration election policies

Two military commanders made their bid at the Statehouse on Tuesday to be the next commander of the Vermont National Guard.

Vermont's first-ever "kid governor" began her one-year term in office on Monday, following an inauguration ceremony at the Vermont State House in Montpelier. Roslyn Fortin of Highgate was sworn in along with members of her youth cabinet from around the state.

Vermont Business Magazine Vermont Electric Co-op is seeking candidates for the three board of directors’ seats that are up for election this year. VEC’s 12 board members represent towns across the co-op’s service territory and serve four-year terms.
