The Philadelphia 76ers fell 124-104 to the Boston Celtics on Thursday night, dropping to 20-35 on the season. Former MVP Joel Embiid played 27 minutes in the loss, tallying 15 points, three rebounds and four assists on 3-for-9 from the field.

The Philadelphia 76ers have lost seven consecutive games, are 12th in the Eastern Conference with a 20-36 record and have very little margin for error if they still stand a chance at making the playoffs, which is likely only possible with a successful run through the Play-In Tournament.

It's time for Philadelphia to prioritize getting Joel Embiid healthy, adding an asset this summer and coming back stronger next season.
