One of the Space Coast’s most beloved holiday traditions is making its return this Christmas Eve, as Surfing Santas once again hits the waves in Cocoa Beach.
Andreous Moon Jr., 31, of Merritt Island, has been arrested and jailed without bond after Cocoa Beach police say he broke into a hotel room.
