A man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash Friday afternoon in Baltimore’s Broadway East neighborhood.
Baltimore Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 8:20 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of E. 26th Street, where officers found an unidentified man suffering from gunshot wounds.
