Iran on Saturday confirmed its Revolutionary Guards seized a tanker carrying petrochemical cargo bound for Singapore in Gulf waters on Friday, Iranian media reported.

Gideon Sa'ar urged the “free world” to declare “the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization”.

The most direct impact would fall on nationals of the 12 countries facing full restrictions under Donald Trump’s travel ban.
