HONOLULU (KHON2) -- State officials said it could take two weeks to complete repairs to damage at Lanai's Kaumalapau Harbor caused by Hurricane Lowell. Meanwhile, Honolulu Harbor reopened at 9:20 a.m.

The Hawaii Department of Transportation reported that as of 9 a.m. the harbor was closed and out of service due to storm conditions.
