It’s been a topsy turvy year for Dead by Daylight maker Behaviour Interactive, which has released two spin-offs, laid off dozens of workers and shut down a studio that was working on another offshoot of its tentpole project.

Behaviour Interactive has added a development studio to their portfoilio today, as they announced the acquirement of Red Hook Studios

Dead by Daylight publisher and developer Behaviour Interactive has purchased Darkest Dungeon studio Red Hook for an undisclosed sum.

Behaviour Interactive is buying Darkest Dungeon developer Red Hook Studios. Sharing the news today, Behavious - known for its work on multiplayer survival game Dead by Daylight - said Red Hook will remain a "fully independent studio under the Behaviour banner" and was "ecstatic" about the acquisition.
