New to Hulu in November 2025
Among the highlights coming to Hulu in November 2025 is a new comedy special from stand-up comic Sebastian Masicalco titled It Ain't Right. It Ain't Right was filmed during Maniscalco's ongoing tour of the same name. 🚨 Join thousands of fans and get the hottest trade buzz, breaking news and exclusive insider scoops with the Clutch Newsletter.
The road to the merger included a pit stop at a failed launch of a streaming sports service from Disney, Fox Corp and Warner Bros. Discovery titled Venu (R.I.P.), which was scuttled after a judge denied a bid to dismiss a lawsuit from Fubo, which sued on anticompetitive business grounds.
The first of the month brings tons of movies, and then we go deep with a new Korean drama and more on Disney+ and Hulu.
The announcement of the deal came as a surprise in January, as Fubo had previously sued Disney (along with Fox and Warner Bros.) over antitrust concerns related to Venu, the streamers’ proposed giant sports app.
Since the streamer kept the same deal alive after a $2 price hike last year, we're hopeful the same thing will happen in 2025. But TBH, even if they inflate the Black Friday deal to $1.99 per month for a year, we'd still be satisfied. That's still less than $24 for a whole year of streaming.
With nearly six million North American subscribers, the newly combined Fubo and Hulu + Live TV venture is now the second largest virtual pay-TV provider in the U.S. It only trails Google's YouTube TV, which reportedly has more than 10 million paying subscribers.
Disney+ has started streaming movies and shows in the HDR10+ format.
