The Pittsburgh Steelers have acquired safety Kyle Dugger from New England in hopes of giving the back end of the secondary another experienced option with starter DeShon Elliott out indefinitely with a knee injury.
The team placed Elliott on IR on Tuesday with a knee injury and have already replaced him by making a trade with the New England Patriots for Kyle Dugger. The Steelers sent a sixth-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft in exchange for the former starter.
