An altercation broke out early Sunday between two subjects at the party in Chester Township when another individual allegedly pulled out a gun and shot one of them.

FLINT, MI – A 27-year-old Flint man has died from injuries sustained in a June 29 shooting. The man was shot in the area of Dana Lane near Woodlin Drive in Flint, according to a news release from Michigan State Police. He was originally listed in critical condition but died from his injuries a few days after the shooting, police said.
