Drake recently amended his lawsuit against UMG by adding 20 more people, and he's accusing the label of trying to take him and his career down.

In the filing, Grainge notes that UMG spent “hundreds of millions” in supporting Drake’s music. He further states that he was too busy running the world’s largest music company to be “in the weeds” with Drake and Kendrick’s feud.

In a declaration letter filed Thursday night in the Southern District of New York, Grainge said Drake's accusation that UMG (parent label firm to both Drake and Lamar) defamed him “makes no sense.”
