Prominent leaker @IceUniverse posted a photo on X (formerly Twitter) that purported to show all three Samsung Galaxy phones that are expected to launch early next year: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. It’s unclear if the devices in the photo are operable or just dummy units, as the screens are turned off.

Beyond the sizes, you can also see that all three phones unsurprisingly have a single-lens punch-hole camera, like their predecessors, and that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has more rounded corners than the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Normally, leaks come to us from the usual netizens of the internet mines but sometimes they pop out from strange places, like today's new hint at the chipset that might feature in the Samsung Galaxy S25 series.

The leaked spec sheets note that the CPU will have an Adreno 8-series GPU that will support up to 3840x2560 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The sheets show an Adreno 8-series VPU with 8K video processing.
